CrossFit 2013


It is my goal to show you how to exercise and to present you with exercises that you can do anywhere at anytime.  The Cross Fit class will build real functional fitness that you can use in your everyday life.  The class is for beginners as well as for those more seasoned fitness individuals. If you have been coming to the classes for awhile, now will be a good time to see the exercises explained again and re-focus.  Take a moment and think about what you want to accomplish in the next year. If getting in better shape and becoming healthier is on your mind then please do not pass this opportunity by.
